Authors are requested to follow the guidelines below before submitting their manuscripts to Engineering Letters.
All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review. Each paper is screened by the editor and reviewed by two referees.
The review timeline is typically 1 to 4 weeks, but may extend up to 2 months in exceptional cases. Authors will be informed of the outcome by email only. The journal reserves the right to make editorial corrections to final drafts. Rejected papers will not be returned.
Engineering Letters has a strict zero-tolerance policy on plagiarism. Plagiarism includes copying ideas, data, tables, figures, or text without proper citation. Manuscripts showing similarity above 25–30% without citation will be rejected.
If plagiarism is detected before or after publication, the author will be notified and may be given a chance to respond. If the response is unsatisfactory, the paper will be retracted and the author may be barred from future submissions for a period determined by the editorial board.
Engineering Letters provides immediate open access to all published content. Authors retain full copyright and publication rights for their articles. All published papers can be freely accessed and downloaded from our website.
Please submit your manuscript to the addresses below. When emailing, include the items listed in the submission checklist.
